What we collect when you send an enquiry
When you use the price form on this website we receive:
- your name and phone number
- the material, rough quantity and emirate you chose, and your message
- the page you sent the form from and the language of the site
- your IP address and the time you sent it
We use this only to reply to you with a price, to arrange the collection, and to keep a record of the enquiry. The enquiry is saved on our web server and sent to our office email inbox. If you call, send a WhatsApp or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send through that service.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website uses these tools. They may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4: counts visits and shows us which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, how they found the site, and when someone taps the WhatsApp, call or email links. The data is processed by Google.
- Google Tag Manager: loads the measurement tags listed here. It does not collect information on its own.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): records page views and taps on the WhatsApp, call or email links, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who have visited the site. The data is processed by Meta.
- Cloudflare: delivers the website and protects it from attacks. It processes IP addresses and may set a security cookie.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website still works without them. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and control the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is seen by our own staff who deal with your load. The companies that run the services above (our hosting provider, email, Google, Meta and Cloudflare) handle data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your information, and we share it with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your load and for our business records, and then delete them. Analytics and advertising data is kept by Google and Meta under their own retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your enquiry. Email info@blueedenscraptrading.com from the address or phone number you used, and we will reply within a reasonable time.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
